２１年間の教師経験と個別指導で培ってきた強みは、

「勉強を教えること」ではなく、その子に合った学び方を見つけることです。

学び方を見つけたら、それ以降は時間の経過とともに、学びの質がぐんぐん伸びていきます。でも、多くの子どもたちは、テスト前だけの勉強で、いくら時間を費やしても、堂々巡りをしているだけに見えます。
